When you place an order on our website, we collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Contact email and phone number
• Delivery address (if the order is delivered)
• Order details: products, amount and chosen payment method

3. What we use your data for

We use your data exclusively to:

• Manage and prepare your order
• Contact you about delivery or pick-up
• Send you the confirmation email and the invoice for your purchase

We do not use your data to send advertising, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the sales contract formalised when you place an order, in accordance with Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Who we share your data with

Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) and order notifications are sent through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services), both acting as data processors under contract. Data is not shared with third parties for purposes other than managing your order.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your order data for as long as necessary to meet our legal and tax obligations (invoicing) and, in any case, while a commercial relationship with you exists.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to us at crisana@floristeriacarvi.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your ID.
